Cleric charges FG on job creation

The President of the Nigerian Baptist Convention, Rev. Dr. Supo Ayokunle has urged the Federa; Government to create employment for the teeming population of youth and graduates in the country. Ayokunle gave the admonition on Sunday while speaking during the end of the year celebration of Immanuel Baptist Church, oyo tagged "Eagles in the Tabernacle".


The cleric admonished the youth to embrace the virtues of Christ in a perverted world. Speaking on insecurity in some parts of the country, Ayokunle assured that it will soon be a thing of the past.
"Boko Haram issue will soon be resolved" he said.

It will be recalled that Ayokunle had called on the FG not to negotiate with the notorious sect Boko Haram but rather criminalise their activities.

The president of 6 million baptists in the country was in the company of his wife, Oyo West Baptist Conference Secretary and other ministers of God.
